Tacos

I’ve never been to Mexico (I really should go!) but I am from Texas, so I’ve eaten a lot of Mexican food and a lot of barbecue. This is about as good a combination of those two things as I’ve had. Everyone loves it: regular Mexican food enjoyers, spice-shy Quebeckers, my autistic nephew, even one vegetarian dude I know. It also freezes super well, so you can have delicious tacos any night of the week for very little effort. ...
